Dear Customers

VIP Card is now ready for new application and exchange.

For exchange:  Simply bring in your old VIP card to our shop and we will exchange it for you straight away.

For new applicaiton:  Email your Full Name and Date of birth to us and we will notife you when the card is ready for pick up from our shop.

Lost cards:  If you have lost your old VIP card, please make a new application and advise us on your previous application.

換卡: 如您已是本店會員, 可直接拿舊卡至本店換取新卡.

新會員: 請將您的全名及生日回傳至本店 email, 收到資料後我們會通知您何時來本店領卡.

丟掉卡: 如您的卡遺失了, 請從新申請.  麻煩申請時告知本店您已申請過.
